Electrical Injury Lawyers  877-SEE-JUSTICE
Welcome

We work for you.

Grossman Law relies on open communication and trust in bringing justice to our clients.

If you or a family member has suffered an electrical injury, we can help you get your live back together. Our attorneys have been representing clients who have suffered from serious injuries following electrical accidents for over 35 years combined.  Our AV-rated Florida law firm has used its experience and skill in electrical injury law, pesonal injury law and workers' compensation law  to help clients recover compensation for their injuries throughout Florida.

Electric utility companies, such as FPL,  have a responsibility to protect the general public from electrical wires and other high voltage electrical equipment. If an electrical power line runs too close to a home, or if a transformer is not properly secured, the electric companies may be responsible for any damage and injuries that occur.  Often times, other companies, such as construction companies and property owners, may be responsible for electrical injuriess and death.

Our attorneys never charge a fee for personally consulting with you about your electrical injury or wrongful death case.  We understand that many of our clients do not have the money to hire a personal injury attorney to protect their rights. Like most people facing such a life-altering event, you probably didn't have this unexpected injury factored into your home budget. It creates tremendous stress when you are facing high medical bills,  lost paychecks, and  other financial stress caused by the electrical injury. Let us help you.

Very often insurance companies will offer a quick settlement after a serious injury. Don't just take the first settlement offer from the insurance company or power company if it doesn't fully compensate you and your family for your harms and losses.  Skillfully litigating for you to receive the highest amount of compensation is what we do.

Please visit the Our Attorneys page to learn more about our attorney, Howard Grossman, a Florida Workers' Compensation Emeritus Specialist, and Tim Nies, a former senior casualty attorney for the largest insurance defense law firm in the United States.  You will find that our professional trial attorneys are uniquely qualified to help you recover compensation for your harms and losses.

Usually, the main symptom of an electrical injury is a burn to the skin, however,  not all electrical injuries cause external damage. High-voltage injuries may cause serious and life-threatening massive internal burns. If damage to the muscle is large, a limb may swell so much that its arteries become compressed, which is called compartment syndrome, which cuts off the supply of blood to the limb, such as an arm or leg.  If a current travels close to the eyes, it may lead to cataracts. If significant amounts of muscle are damaged, rhabdomylosis, myoglobin is released into the blood. The release of myoglobin into the blood can damage the kidneys.
